CHECKING YOUR USAGE AND MANAGING THE OFFER

Download the WINDTRE App to top up and activate new offers and options, or access the Client Area (from Smartphone, Tablet or PC).

Offer reserved for foreign customers who do not have a tax code registered in Italy. The offer can be activated by new customers, The cost of the offer, in case of use with devices that have the iMessage service, also includes the cost of an iMessage, equal to 30 cents 24.69 for the Tourist Pass Extra, plus the cost of an iMessage equal to 0.30 cents, SIM cost equal to €10. If you use smartphones that do not have the iMessage service, the costs of the offers will be €24.69 for the Tourist Pass Extral, plus the cost of the SIM equal to €10. The offer deactivates after 60 days. And it is not possible to reactivate the offer on the same SIM.
The 200 minutes are valid in Italy, the 100 minutes abroad are valid to call the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Cyprus, Colombia, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia , Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Great Britain, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iceland, Israel, Ireland, Latvia Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Mongolia, Norway, New Zealand, Holland, Pakistan , Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Czech Republic, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, United States, Sweden, Switzerland, South Korea, Hungary, Thailand, UK, US.

EU ROAMING

You may also use your national offer in the member countries of the European Union within the limits provided for by the policies of correct use defined in accordance with European Regulation 2016/2286. For the United Kingdom, at the moment and until expressly stated otherwise, WINDTRE applies the same pricing as for countries within the European Union.

The 5G offers are automatically enabled with WINDTRE’s 5G. You must have an enabled offer and a 5G device and be in the areas covered by the WINDTRE 5G network in order to navigate in 5G. For info and coverage go to windtre.it/5g.

NEW BASIC CALL PLAN (PRE-ACTIVATION PLAN)

Monthly cost €4 with traffic included for the same amount. The New Basic plan is charged by the second. 29 CENTS/min and 29 CENTS/SMS. 1GB at 0.99 euro/day until 11:59 pm. Ti ho cercato service free of charge. If you activate a WINDTRE offer, the monthly cost of the New Basic plan will not be applied as long as this offer remains active.

WINDTRE, as provided for in the General Contractual Conditions in article 3.2, reserves the right to temporarily limit the speed of the data connection to Customers whose usage patterns may compromise the performance of the network itself. This may occur when using Services that make intensive use of network resources and/or in areas with a particularly high number of connections.

Traffic (voice and/or data) is unlimited unless used contrary to the principles of honest use and good faith or for purposes other than personal use, as set out in article 6 of the General Contractual Conditions. In the event of improper use or use that exceeds the reasonable limits of use for personal purposes by the customer, WINDTRE will have the right to suspend the Service, in whole or in part, with prior notice, or replace the plan subscribed to. The Customer will have the right to withdraw with immediate effect without any penalties being applied.

The limitations are:

For all offers including Voice minutes and SMS
1. daily outgoing traffic per SIM not exceeding 160 minutes and/or 200 SMS/MMS

2. monthly outgoing traffic per SIM not exceeding 1250 call minutes and/or 2000 SMS/MMS

3. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per SIM to other operators not exceeding 60% of the total outgoing traffic, and not more than 50% of total traffic to mobile numbers

4. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per SIM to a single operator other than WIND not exceeding 40% of the total outgoing traffic, and not more than 30% of total traffic to mobile numbers

5. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per SIM to WIND users not exceeding 80% of total outgoing traffic

6. daily outgoing or incoming traffic used for automatic top-up purposes not exceeding two hours of conversation and 50 SMS or MMS

For all offers with unlimited Calls and SMS included

Parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above do not apply, and usage will count as personal use of the Service if it meets the following parameters:

7. daily outgoing calls or SMS to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing calls or SMS

8. no more than 3 (three) outgoing calls or SMS to other operators per day for each call or SMS received from other operators; warnings for exceeding this limit will not be applied automatically

Parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 indicated above are not applied and, provided that any automation in the application of the precautions envisaged in overcoming them is absent, the use of the Unlimited data service that exceeds the following parameters is presumed not to be personal: 1. abnormal monthly traffic volumes and at least 5 times higher than the average usage by customers with the same or similar offers; 2. data traffic volumes higher, for three consecutive months, than the average monthly traffic volume of customers with the same or similar offers.
